A
Active member
A user who can connect to the platform.
Activity
The types of activities you can create are the building blocks of activities in Oreed. Each activity is an individual frame within a course.
- Content Table.
- Activity Forum.
- Assessment Center.
- Workshop.
- Ticket.
- Virtual Experience.
Admin
Local role (but used to be a global role):
- Create courses and program templates
- Track the statistics of the courses they created
- Edit the courses and program templates they created
- and more.
Attendance Policy
The policy states that if you meet the requirement, your status will be marked as "attend." If you don't meet the requirement, your status will be marked as "not attend."
Attendance Report
The report is the place where you can locate the attendance progress for the activity and monitor it.
B
Block
It is a constituent element of a program. A block can be an e-learning module, a classroom (virtual or onsite), an evaluation, or an email.
C
Course
It is an "e-learning" type block that was produced with the Oreed authoring tool.
Certificate Role
The completion requirement for an activity to receive a certificate is that you must meet it.
D
Disable Account
It is actually a deactivation (we keep the account data to keep the stats of the courses, this also allows accounts to be reactivated if necessary).
Dashboard
Is the central hub where you can access the learner interface and take control of it.

Edit Profile
The section where you have the ability to modify and manage your profile information.
Education
The section where you can access all the available activities and courses.
E-Badge
Is a feature that can be used for on-site attendance and the verification process as necessary.
M
Manager
Can see the statistics of another member. A learner can be a manager
Member
All users of the platform are called members.
N
News
The chronological timeline of events happening in a group. Events can be posts, comments, or new learning content.
O
Onsite
It refers to a type of course that is conducted at a physical location, rather than online or remotely.
On-demand
It refers to a type of course that has been pre-recorded and is available for viewing or access at any time, at the learner's convenience.
P
Participant
A learner who started the training (started = click on "Start Learning" in the first module).
Participation Rate
Percentage of learners who have started a course.
R
Roles
Learner, Author, Admin, and Owner: different roles a member can have (note that a member can have different roles in different groups).
S
Session
A session is a program happening in a defined time range.
W
Wishlist
This is the section where you can access all the items you've added to your wishlist.
